Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window & Eligibility
  • Return Period: You may request a return within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that are:

- Defective or damaged upon arrival

- Incorrect items were shipped in error

  • Non-returnable Items: For hygiene and eco-friendly reasons, we do not accept returns for:

- Products opened or used (unless they arrive damaged)

- Change-of-mind or “buyer’s remorse”


2. How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Care team at ecoverseindustries@yahoo.com or call +91 96377 77883 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide Details In your message, include:
  • Order number
  • Product name(s) and quantity
  • Description of defect/damage (with clear photos)
3. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we’ll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.
Note: We do not charge a restocking fee, but you are responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.

3. Inspection & Approval
  • Upon receipt, our Quality Team will inspect the returned item(s).
  • Approval Criteria: Item must match the defect/damage described and be in its original, unopened packaging (aside from showing the defect).
We process inspections as quickly as possible—typically within 3 business days of receipt.

4. Refund Processing
  • Refund Method: Credited into your original payment methods within 7 days.
  • Timeframe: Refunds appear in your account within 7 business days from the date of approval.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

5. Replacement Option
  • If you prefer, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.
  • We will deliver a replacement product within 7 days

6. Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please:

    a. Check your bank or payment account statement.
    b. Contact the payment provider—it may take additional days to post
    c. If you still haven’t received it, reach out to us at ecoverseindustries@yahoo.com
